Rules of Admitting Overseas Students.

Foreign citizens conclude a contract with the University and are educated on a fee-payment basis. The average tuition fee is 2300 US dollars per year (in Russian roubles counter value) depending on education needed and other factors.

One should submit the following documents to enter the university on arrival:

1. the national passport and the entrance visa;
2. Novosibirsk migration registration documents (the migration card) are executed by the University;
3. the education certificate equivalent to the state standard education certificate in the Russian Federation needed to enter the relevant level of higher vocational education.
4. the certificate of collation and / or the certificate of equivalence of foreign education certificates given by the Russian Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Education and Science; 
5. the international standard medical certificate of proving an examination showing a negative HIV status given no earlier than two weeks before arriving in the Russian Federation. The certificate should be both in native and the Russian languages;
6. the international standard medical certificate proving that a prospective student does not have any contraindications to study in the Russian Federation, including the chest X-ray examination;
7. the policy of voluntary medical insurance and the policy of health and life insurance legalized on the territory of the Russian Federation. It may be executed in the university on arrival;
8. 4 3*4 photos;
9. the contract of education.
